He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Williams and Edna Simmons Williams; and his brother Kenneth Williams. He is survived by: his wife Gail Dalton Williams; his daughters, Robin Yvette Schiller (Danny) of Greenville, TX and Rhonda Gale Regan of Ft Worth, TX; and his sister Barbara Ann Williams Brown. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
