He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd E. Jenkins and Essie Jenkins; and his son Robert L. Jenkins. He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Jenkins; his children, Dennis Ray Jenkins and Belinda D. Skinner (James); his grandchildren, Crystal Horner (Josh, Tristen Covington), Sherilyn Covington, Jana Betlach (Jeremy) and Obadiah Jenkins; and his great grandchildren, Alexa Horner, Logan Horner and Josh Jr..
