She is survived by: her parent Louise Shaw Riggan; her stepdaughter Eleanor Gray Baird of Irvington; her stepgrandchildren, Eleanor Baird DeMoors (John) of Great Falls, VA, Abby Baird Kosturko (George) of Virginia Beach, VA and Edward Rouzie Baird; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Elizabeth, Christopher, Carter DeMoors and Claire Kosturko; her nephews, Sims Riggan III and John Poteat Riggan; and also, Circle Secretary and Recording Secretary.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters or to Norfolk Academy.
