She was predeceased by: her husband Harvey W. Stephens, Sr.; and her siblings, Mildred Waters, Nellie Davis, Edith Williamson, Myrtle Martin, Frances Martin and Henry Williamson.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Crockett (Ronnie) and Lee Sarver; her grandchildren, Adam Crockett, Lauren Crockett and Jessica Crockett; her nieces, Betty Brown and Christy Waters (Raymond); and her great-nephews, Craig Brown (Bridget) and Jeff Brown (Jenn).
