We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2023, at the age of 81, Donald Allen Stebbins of Irvington, Virginia, born in Sioux City, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Richard G. Stebbins. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Horzen (Jim) of Orlando, Matthew Stebbins (Jessica) of Merritt Island and Todd Stebbins of Toledo, Ohio; his siblings, Charlene Ostby (Paul), Marlene Greiman and Gary Stebbins (Sherry); his grandchildren, John, Anna Horzen, Tyler, Lana Stebbins and Kylan Stebbins; and his friends, Grace Parker and Bentley Parker-Brown.
