He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. and Julia; his wife Jacqueline Harper Burrell; his former wife Mary Jane Camerer; and his brother Donald Lee.
He is survived by: his sister Marcy Teany of West Lafayette; his children, Charles R. Jr. of Oxnard, California, Terri Haynes (Joe) of Prescott, Arizona, Lisa Spencer (Jeremy) of Green Valley, Arizona, John (Jeanette) of Olive Branch, Mississippi, Thomas of Springfield, Virginia and Stephen of Irvington, Virginia.; his grandchildren, Holly, Christopher, Cheyenne, Annie, Abby, William, Lucas, Sammy and Grayson; and his great grandchildren, Samantha, Madeline, Penelope, Genvieve, Emma, Carter, Nova, Westyn and Dorothy.
