It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Payne (Iron Gate, Virginia), who passed away on November 11, 2018, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Otis Payne; her daughter Stephanie Payne Tyree; and her son-in-law David Tyree. She is survived by: her daughters, Melanie White and Jackie Leathers. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and one great great grandson.
