She is survived by: her husband Michael K. Phillips; her daughters, Linda Reed (Chris) and Mary Wickline Quesenberry (Brian); her stepgrandchildren, Tanner B., Logan, Bradley, Jessica and Jenna; her sisters, Anna Snavely and Debbie Charlene Harvey; and her sister-in-law Angela Hixon.
