It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Franklin Burchette (Independence, Virginia), who passed away on February 20, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Robert Burchette; his sister Carol West (Lloyd West); and his sister-in-law Julia Martin Phipps. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Burchette; his brother-in-law Bill Phipps; his niece Christie Hunter (Matt); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Katelyn and Alexis. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
