She was predeceased by: her parents, Miles Robert and Verna Ward Pinion; her husband Willie Clay Moss; and her siblings, Ruth Cothran, Joseph Pinion, Herman Pinion and Stella Byrd.
She is survived by: her daughter Shirley; her son-in-law Harold Coe of Winston-Salem, NC; her son Randall Clay; and her daughter-in-law Vanessa Moss of Tobaccoville, NC. She is also survived by three grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.
