She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard David and Ethel Amburn Wright; her son Jason Ward; her sister Charlotte Wilkins; her mother-in-law Mary Sue Ward; and her sister-in-law Penny Ward.
She is survived by: her husband Jackie Ward; her daughter-in-law Brandi Ward of Independence, VA; her brother Jimmy (Dorthy Wright); and her father-in-law Jack Ward of Elk Creek, VA.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home (44 Dan Walters Dr, Independence, VA 24348). A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
