He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wesley Bell and Ruby Thacker Bell; his wife Dinia; and his children, Brian Bell (Shannon), Brandy Smith (Elwood) and William Wesley Bell (Jennifer). He was also cherished by seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; five sisters and two brothers.
