Phillips, Jr. (Anita), Betsy H. Phillips, Patti Phillips and Haley Evans (David); and his granddaughters, Hannah Mason, Savannah Evans Chandler Lawhorn (Cody), Sarah Phillips (Daniel Doute) and Lily Phillips. He was also cherished by great grandchildren.
