He is survived by: his children, David Nowlin of Hurt, Fredrick Devon Nowlin of Rustburg, Virginia and Cassie Nowlin of Gladys, Virginia; his grandchildren, Elianna Nowlin and Messiah Nowlin; his siblings, Brian Hunt of Texas and Susan Oliver (James); and his aunts, Elsie Gregory of Hurt and Mary Ann Nowlin of Brookneal, Virginia. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
