He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Edward Weeks and Ida Worley Weeks; his wife Janet King Weeks; his sons, Jeremy Weeks and Glenn Shelton; and his brothers, Roger Weeks and Thurman Weeks.
He is survived by: his children, Jonathon "Joe" Weeks (Sandy) of Rustburg, Angie Russell (Greg) of Altavista and Kim Shelton of Hurt; and his siblings, Gary Weeks (Kathy) of Raleigh, NC, Ann W. Andrews of Altavista, Faye W. Farmer of Hurt, Mary W. Dalton of Hurt and Dale W. Moorefield (Kenneth) of Hurt. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and many devoted nieces and nephews.
