He is survived by: his grandchild Little League Baseball; his wife Deborah McMinnis Turner; his children, Brandon Turner (Christy) of Richmond and Jessica Dalton (Jarett) of Gretna; his siblings, John Turner (Martha) of Wilmington, Richard Turner (Deborah) of Gretna, Wanda Amos of Gretna and Carolyn Bayliss (Dickie) of Ridgeway; and his grandchildren, Anthony Dalton and Alyssa Dalton.
