He was predeceased by: his father Charles Wayne Kappelman. He is survived by: his mother Alma Woolwine Kappleman of Hurt; his children, Amanda Kappelman of Tacoma, WA, Jennifer Kappelman of Tacoma, WA, Charles Kappelman of Fredericksburg and J. Russell Kappelman of Fredericksburg; his brother James Kappelman (Tracy) of Gretna; and his grandson Caleb.
