He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Lee Krantz and Ethel Johnson Krantz; his wife Shirlene M. Krantz; his grandparents, Mollie Krantz, Georgia Dowdy "Grannie" Johnson and Joseph Johnson; and his siblings, Joseph E. Krantz (Madeline), Rachel Shelton (Lincoln) and Evelyn Anthony (Charles).
He is survived by: his sister Linda Jones (Don); his niece Donna Hall; and also Gail Baker. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and close friends.
