He is survived by: his siblings, Harold Keatts (Eileen) of Richmond, Herbert Keatts (Janie) of Gretna, Christine Perkins of Hurt, Lottie Lynch of Danville, Pearleen Kent of Yanceyville, NC, Edna Patterson of Hurt and Ella Harvey of Hurt. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
