He is survived by: his parents, Paul Edward Owens and Brenda Krantz Divers of Rocky Mount; his wife Penny Perkins Owens; his children, Jeromy Owens of Hurt, Dusty Owens of Hurt, Tristan Owens, Jamie Moore (Tonya) of Evington, Josh Hoefle (Stephanie) of Gretna and Tabitha Moore of Hurt; and his brothers, Dion Owens (Carissa) of Hurt and Brian Owens (Liz) of Rocky Mount. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
