He was predeceased by: his mother Francis Juanita Barnard Watkins; and his grandparents, Harold T., Ida Keatts, Clay and Mollie Bell Barnard.
He is survived by: his father Harold Edward Keatts, Sr. (Peggy) of Gretna; his daughter Alyssa Keatts of Gretna; his siblings, Jason Keatts of Richmond, Sherry Fitzgerald (Jeff) of Schuyler and Tiwanna Tapscott of Charlottesville; and his stepsiblings, Larry Pugh (Teresa) of Chatham, Cindy Simpson (Steve) of Gretna, Lisa Moon (Stuart) of Gretna and Regina Power (Mark Arthur) of Gretna. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Pittsville Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery Fund, P.O. Box 452, Gretna, VA 24557.
