He was predeceased by: his parents, Berkley Edward Yeatts and Ada Eades Creasy Yeatts; and his brother Raymond Creasy. He is survived by: his wife Ava Terry Yeatts; his daughters, Amy Cox (Todd) of Evington and Rachel Nichols (Chad) of Hurt; his stepdaughters, Kelley Falls of Madison Heights and Brandy Shaffer (Brian) of Chesterfield; and his grandchildren, Lexi Nichols, Eric Nichols and Lily Shaffer.
