He is survived by: his wife Ellen Stone Lowe; his children, Sherry Lowe and Brad Lowe; his granddaughter Lexi Lowe; and his sisters, Shirley Ann Lowe of Madison, Pauline Lowe of Madison and Everlean Lowe Pannell of Altavista, Virginia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the United Missionary Baptist Church (869 Hundley Dr, Hurt, VA 24563). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at the United Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery (869 Hundley Dr, Hurt, VA 24563).
