Rowland; his children, Rex Lynn Rowland, Sr. (Debbie) of Hurt and Cassandra Breckenridge (Tillman) of Midlothian; his grandchildren, Rex Lynn Rowland, Jr. (Kelsey), Valerie Ann Rowland, Reese Breckenridge, Avery Breckenridge, Brynn Breckenridge and Paige Breckenridge; his great grandchildren, Ryan Dudding, Tinley Rowland, Reid Rowland and Tyson Rowland; his siblings, Dewey Rowland (Donna), Kenneth Rowland, Sr. (Nancy), Hazel R. Rowland and Ethel R. Short; and his sisters-in-law, Angie Hines (Ronald) and Pamela Bowling. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Born January 26, 1938 in Natal, VA, he was a son of the late Charlie Parkinson Rowland, Sr. and Mary Myrtle Jacobs Rowland.
