Charles; his siblings, Shirley Matney, Jean Justus, Henry Mullins, Carlos Mullins, Donald Lee Mullins, Thomas Mullins, Abraham Mullins, Dennis Mullins and Robert Hatler Mullins; and his son-in-law Craig Hurley.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Mullins of Hurley, Virginia; his daughter Gina Mullins Hurley of Hurley, Virginia; his siblings, Edward Mullins (Lois) of Wytheville, Virginia, Rebecca Kennedy (David) of Bassett and Sarah Catron (David) of Bassett, Virginia; and his son-in-law Waldon Charles of Grundy, Virginia.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Bailey Funeral Home (112 Elkhorn St, Elkhorn City, KY 41522). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 7:00 PM, on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 7:00 PM and on Sunday, March 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM.
