It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jackie Lee Belcher of Hurley, Virginia, who passed away on November 4, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Belcher and Georgia Estep Belcher; and his siblings, Phyllis Jean Blair, Randy Belcher and Thomas Stanley Belcher.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Blankenship Belcher of Hurley, VA; his sons, Robert Lee Belcher (Donna) of Hurley, VA and Billy Ray Belcher (Crystal) of Rosedale, VA; his half-sisters, Debbie Black of Columbus, OH, Darlene Dean of Chattanooga, TN and Denise Markin of Indianapolis, IN; his brother Johnny Belcher of Grundy, VA.; and his grandsons, Nathaniel Tyler Belcher and Caleb Patrick Belcher. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
