He is survived by: his granddaughter Jenna Faye Jackson of Hurley, VA; his son-in-law David Jackson of Hurley Va; his siblings, Bertha Allen of Hurley, VA, Joann Lester (Jay) of Woodman, KY, Edna Justice and Orville Estep (Lucrettia) of Hurley, VA.; and his close friends, Bobby May, Tommy, Trixie Blankenship, Jimmy Marrs and Ricky Smith. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Shortridge-Ramey Funeral Home (1021 Six And Twenty Mile Br Rd, Grundy, VA 24614). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
