It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Preston Stump Sr. of Huddleston, Virginia, born in Lynchburg, Virginia, who passed away on March 21, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie R. Stump and Eliza K. Stump; and his siblings, Brenda Hall and Lewis Stump. He is survived by: his wife Peggy T. Stump; his children, Terri Flores, Sherri Stump and Stump, Jr.; and his sister Linda Davis (Roger Scruggs). He is also survived by six grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
