He was predeceased by: his parents, Hillie Elton Page and Mattie Smith Page; his grandparents, Jamie and Virginia Smith (Papa); and his brothers, Jerome and Kirby Page.

He is survived by: his wife Janice Holt Page; his daughter Jennifer Page Teague; his son-in-law Lee of Greenville, NC; his daughter Julie Page Parker; his son-in-law Ronnie of Goode, Virginia; his grandchildren, Emma Parker, Chloe Parker, Stephen Parker (Kellyn), Holt Teague, Gabriel Teague, Gwyneth Parker, Brandon Parker, Luke Parker and Hayden Parker; his brother Larry Page; and his sisters-in-law, Geraldine and Brenda Page. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
