She was predeceased by: her parent Benjamin Davis Witt; and her brother Lavander Witt. She is survived by: her parent Helen Overstreet Witt Johnson; her spouse Jackie T. Preston; her daughters, Jan Burnette (Woody), Dana St and Jodie Smolik (George); her grandchildren, Lacy, Wade Burnette, Cale and Leah St; her brother Carl Witt (Phyllis); and also, Jeannie Richards and Sheila Sowers.
