He was predeceased by: his parents, Lacy Ray Overbey and Ernestine Overbey (Miles); his sister Hazel Miller; and his brother-in-law Thomas "Tom" Price. He is survived by: his children, Tony Wolfe, Randy Mays (Angel) of Verona, Larry Overbey (Kimberly Ashwood) of Alaska, Chris Overbey of Waynesboro, Robert "Pwee" Overbey (Caitlin) of Staunton, Cheyenne Sheffer (Alvin Lewis) of Staunton and Sierra Rankin (Nathan) of Staunton; and his siblings, Gerald Overbey (Bonnie) of Staunton, LeRoy Overbey (Pam) of Stuarts Draft, Betsy Price of Staunton and Kathy Keeton of Terre Haute, Indiana. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and a number of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
