With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Phillips (Hot Springs, Virginia), who passed away on December 7, 2019 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lida Brinkley (Daniels) and Robert Brinkley. She is survived by: her husband Rocky Phillips; her sons, Rocklynn Jay Phillips (Amy) of Warm Springs and Kenneth Michael Phillips of Hot Springs; her grandchildren, Justin, Cody, Rocklynn, Nate Phillips and Lexi Wilfong; and her great grandchild Bentley Phillips.
