With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Eugene Raemsch of Hot Springs, Virginia, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on December 7, 2023 at the age of 82. He was predeceased by: his mother Elsie Mae Swartz; his wife Kathleen "Kat" Dellinger Raemsch; and his friend Mary Drumheller. He is survived by: his brother Buddy Swartz, Jr. (Kathy); his children, Adam and Eve; his stepdaughter Sarah Dellinger; and his niece Susan Swartz. He is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
