She was predeceased by: her parents, James Robert Woodzell, Sr. and Virginia May Green Woodzell; her husband Dewey Dallas "Luke" Meadows; her granddaughter Mary Ashley Meadows; and her brothers, Donald "Buck" Woodzell and Jack Woodzell.
She is survived by: her children, Dallas "Buggy" Meadows (Sandra) of Eagle Rock, Leeann Ailstock (Albert) of Warm Springs, Michael Allen Meadows (Georgia Tennant) of Hot Springs, Tina Marie Miller (Brett) of Hot Springs and David L. Meadows (Kendra) of Wolf Creek; her grandsons, Brett Lee Moyers, Jared Wayne Meadows, Maxwell Logan Fisher, Mason Harold Fisher, Allen Michael Meadows and Tyler Lynn Bradley; and her siblings, Kenny Woodzell (Tess) of Hot Springs, Virginia and Ellen "Bootsie" Hodge of Hot Springs. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
