She was predeceased by: her father Clark Phillips Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Barbara Kay Phillips (Patterson) of Hot Springs; her daughter Mandy Miller; her granddaughters, Jenna of Monroe, N. C. and Ava Miller of Monroe, N. C.; her siblings, Clark Phillips III and Ann Hise (DeWayne "Butch") of Hot Springs; her nephew Elliott Boyd of Monterey; her niece Crystal Phillips of Weyers Cave; and her uncle John Patterson (Patricia) of Cross, S. C..
