It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Greenhorn McAllister (Hot Springs, Virginia), born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on March 3, 2020, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dixon Greenhorn and Henrietta Cuther Greenhorn; her brother Jack; her sister-in-law Pat Greenhorn; and her nephew Dickie Greenhorn.
She is survived by: her husband Edward "Chiefy" McAllister; her son Edward G. McAllister, Jr. (Claudia Broce McAllister) of Hot Springs; her nieces and nephews, Debra Greenhorn Dusterwald (Bill) of Maryland, Esther Greenhorn of Maryland, Thomas Greenhorn (Wanda) and Herbert Greenhorn (Wanda) of Maryland; and her goddaughters, Kendal Woodzell and Carrie Tidd.
