He was predeceased by: his parents, Elzy Lee and Elizabeth Lillian Hise (Inscore); his wife Darlene Frances Hise (Hodge); his granddaughter Abigail Grace Hise; and his brothers, Charles, Fred, Fay and Roger Hise.
He is survived by: his daughter Darla Hise of Hot Springs; his grandson Benjamin "Ben" Elzy Hise; his brother Howard Hise of Warm Springs; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Ryder of Warm Springs, Linda Hise of South Carolina, David Hodge (Ida) of Hot Springs and Joseph Hodge of Hot Springs. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
