He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Keene Byrd; his wife Madeline "Betsy" Byrd of Hot Springs; his stepchildren, Elizabeth Pritt (Terry) of Hot Springs, Kathy Vaught (Ron) of Millboro, Charles Herman, Jr. of Hot Springs and Chip Herman of Blacksburg; his grandchildren, Landon Vault, Jody Colaw of Monterey, Phillip Pritt of Covington, Kaylie Farist of Covington and Jessica Robeson of Covington; his great grandchild Conner Robeson; his sisters, Sare Belle Worsham of Hot Springs, Johannah Harrison of Fredericksburg, Mimi Keyser of Hot Springs and Mary Andrea Byrd of Saltville; and also Ginger.
