She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Meef Stilwell and Maggie Stilwell; her husband Daniel Lee Bailey; her sons, Jackie Bailey (Joyce) of Tazewell, VA, Jeff Bailey (Vicki) of Tazewell, VA and Jason Bailey (Emily) of Salem, VA; her grandchildren, Kimberly Thompson (Joey) of Bland, VA, Kellie Honaker (Daniel) of Tazewell, VA, Heather Barrett (Stephen) of Tazewell, VA and Brianna Bailey of Salem, VA; her great grandchildren, Michael Thompson, Stephen Barrett, Jr. and Kathryn Barrett; and her brother Cannie Rae "Pete" Stillwell (Shirley) of Horsepen, VA..

Due to Covid-19, a private family service will be held with interment at Grandview Memory Gardens in Bluefield, VA.
