He is survived by: his wife Nancy Elizabeth Baker of Hagerstown, MD; his son Benjamin Winfred Baker (Harley Wenner) of Hagerstown, MD; his stepson William Joseph Slattery Jr. (Crystal Slattery) of Hagerstown; his siblings, Mary Gay of Hillsboro, OH and Joseph Baker (Amy Baker) of Aiken, SC; and his grandchildren, Aaleyah Baker, Mischa Slattery, Jasmine Neal and Memphis Neal. He is also survived by three nieces and one nephew.
