We are sad to announce that on December 14, 2018, at the age of 73, Blaine Banks (Horntown, Virginia), born in Frankford, Delaware passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Lee Banks and Louise Banks (Collins); and his siblings, Barbara Hall, George Banks, William Banks and Jane Workman.
He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Smallwood, Doris Franklin, Linwood Banks, Linda Griffin (Alex), Jerry Banks (Bonnie), Dene Robbins (Jimmy), Cindy Rogers (Ralph) and Tammy Hudson (Kim). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
