He is survived by: his wife Patricia Allen Stevens; his daughters, Christina Dement (Jeff) and Terica Gordon (Patrick); his grandchildren, Kaylee, Mason, Harper Dement and Turner Barringer; and his brother Curtis Stevens. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
