He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Scott Siegrist II. He is survived by: his mother Darlene Patricia Siegrist; his wife Melissa Siegrist; his daughters, Sydney and Serina Siegrist; his sister Waverly Wright; his grandparents, Patricia and Charles Young; and his siblings-in-law, Robert II and Judy Rice. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, "brothers" and countless beloved friends.
