He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Wayne Harner, Sr. and Mildred Dixon Harner; his son Phillip Wayne Harner; and his sister Barbara Harner Wotring. He is survived by: his wife Amanda Harner (Ruzica); his sons, Christian (Michelle) and Ivan (Sarah); his grandchildren, Maclay Cerny, Raelyn Harner and Everlee Harner; and his sister Margaret Harner Agens (Ken). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
