He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Lee Jackson, Sr. and Ruevain Pebbles Jackson; his brothers, Garfield Jackson (Elizabeth), Joseph Jackson, Rudolph Jackson (Mildred), Jeremiah Jackson (Arlene) and Sydney Jackson, Jr.; and his aunts, Beatrice Allen and Mary Eastman.
He is survived by: his wife Helen L. Jackson; his children, Mary L. Jones (Harold) of Springfield, Moses L. Jackson, Jr. (Elaine) of Severn, Judith A. Jefferson (Russell) of Prince George, Gregory A. Jackson (Andrea) of Hopewell and Yolanda A. Jackson of Virginia Beach, Virginia; his granddaughter Crystal Ellis (Michael) of Hopewell, Virginia; his sisters-in-law, Kathleen Jackson and Eleanor Jackson; and his friend C. Ray Edmonds. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, twenty-nine great-grandchildren, and seven great-great grandchildren.
