He was predeceased by: his parents, James Carl Keys, Sr. and Marjorie Mae Morrell; his brothers, William E. "Bill" Keys and Ronald A. "Ronnie" Morrell; his former wife Debra Rosa; and his stepdaughter Carrie Ann Kingery Clavin.
He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Keys; his children, Jason C. Keys and Dawn Marie Swiger (Warren); his stepchildren, Stacy Kingery Beasley (Steve) and William "John" McGraw; and his siblings, Jack Morrell and Jamie Keys. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
