She was predeceased by: her parents, Alma Bostic and Ernest Nelson; her siblings, Eugene Lewis, Clarence Nelson Sr., Kenny Nelson, Donald Nelson, Evelyn Coles, Dolores Richardson and Viola Branch; her granddaughter Amber Smith; and her great grandchild Reign Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Marcus Underwood; her children, Deborah Ruffin (Neil), Annette Craven, Donna Brown, Eliza Underwood and Lawrence R Brown, Jr. (Thirteen); and her friend Rebecka Brown (Abney). She is also survived by Thirteen grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 3:30 PM at the Jb Jenkins Funeral Home (7474 Landover Rd, Hyattsville, MD 20785). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 4:30 PM at the same location.
