He was predeceased by: his father Frank Graves Sr.; his wife Annie Graves; and his sister Rachel Allen. He is survived by: his mother Emily Spratley Graves; his daughters, Claudette Gay Ridley (Anthony) and Lillian Remal Jackson; his siblings, Katherine Spratley, Frank Graves Jr. (Yolanda), Ardel (Curvey Jr) and Lynette Parker; his grandchildren, Shawnta, Calvin, Jazmine, Jonique, Joel, Jakayla, Ayanna and Zy'ante; his great grandchildren, Jelani, Mackenzie, Makayla, Jaliyah, Cameron, Madison and Deara; and his godchild Ta'nya. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.
