She is survived by: her husband Donald Lambert; her daughter Madison Kay Ball Lambert; her brother Larry Andrew Ball (Dana Renee) of Richlands; her half-sister Angela Haines (Ed); her nieces, Thea Haines, Sierra Cantrell and Shylah Cantrell; and her nephew Edward Haines.
