Sylvia Kennedy Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sylvia Kennedy of Honaker, Virginia, who passed away on August 2, 2020 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Burke and June Elizabeth Justice Sword; her daughter-in-law Frances Litschert Kennedy; and her siblings, Wilmer Burke "Bud" Sword and Shirley Farley.
She is survived by: her sons, James Mickel Kennedy (Stephanie) of Honaker and Ricky Allen Kennedy (Janet) of Church Hill, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Mickel Seth Kennedy, Clifford Allen Miller, II, Sierra Jean Kennedy and Matthew Austin Kennedy; her great grandchild Riley Grace Miller; her siblings, Linda Cottingham, Gail Compton (Roger) and Ronnie Sword (Linda); her sister-in-law Lois Sword; and her close friends, Paul and Debbie Wilson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
